Robert Lester Folsom is a Georgia-born cult psych-folk legend who quietly self-released Music and Dreams in 1976 and watched it slip into obscurity — until crate diggers and Mexican Summer Records found him in the 2010s. His reissued recordings and newly unearthed archive material have made him a beloved figure in the psych-folk revival.
