In 1999, Later Rivals was poised to unleash their debut album "A Spark To Start," a sonic prophecy. Then their enigmatic band... manager lured the band into cryogenic chambers, all in the name of safeguarding them from impending Y2K doom.Fast forward 24 years. The timeless tunes had retained their melodic power. However, they embraced a subtle alteration, rechristening themselves Late Arrivals.
